Refund and Authenticity Policy
At Carat 24, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If our products do not meet your expectations, contact our customer service team within three (3) days of receiving your order at (208) 314-9995 before initiating a return. The decision to refund or replace an item lies with Carat 24, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees and potential decreases in product value may apply. A 5% restocking fee may be charged for some orders, and all returned items must be in their original packaging.
Authenticity Guarantee
We guarantee the authenticity of all luxury items, including handbags, fine watches, jewelry, and bullion. Each item is thoroughly authenticated using Entrupy or expert review. Should concerns about authenticity arise, we offer a Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee. If any item fails our authenticity standards, a full refund or replacement will be provided at no additional cost.
Special Returns for Jewelry, Luxury Bags, Gold/Silver Bullion, or Watches
Items such as jewelry, luxury bags, bullion, or watches can be returned within 30 days for a partial refund, subject to a 5% restocking fee and return shipping/insurance costs. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and paperwork. Any market loss in metal value will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
