All orders are shipped using USPS or UPS with 1-3 day delivery service. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping, Delivery, and Responsibilities
- Title & Risk: Title and risk transfer to you upon the carrier receiving the package. Accurate shipping information is essential.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: You must report a lost shipment within two (2) days of the last tracking update. Damaged packages should be refused, or we cannot be responsible for missing items.
- Signature Requirements: Be available for delivery when a signature is required.
- Failed Delivery: After failed delivery attempts, unclaimed packages may be treated as returns, subject to restocking fees and storage charges.
Shipping for Pre-Owned Luxury Items
- Condition Disclosure: Pre-owned luxury items may show signs of wear, as detailed in their product descriptions. All items are carefully packaged to maintain their current condition during transit.
- Authentication Documents: If your purchase includes authenticity certificates (e.g., Entrupy), ensure these documents are included upon delivery.
- Lost or Damaged Luxury Items: For luxury items, we strongly recommend choosing a shipping option that requires a signature upon delivery to protect your investment.
